EasiiDesk provides this page so users and business customers can request deletion of data associated with our website, ERP platform, and Meta / WhatsApp Business app. This page is intended to satisfy Meta’s requirement for a publicly available data deletion URL.

Request deletion by email

Send a request to sales@easiidesk.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Include:

• Your full name and business name.
• The email address and phone number used with EasiiDesk or WhatsApp.
• Your Meta user ID or WhatsApp Business Account details, if you have them.
• A short description of the data you want deleted.

We will verify that you are authorized to make the request, then delete or anonymize the data we hold. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law.

What we delete

• Account profile and contact information.
• ERP records associated with your account, subject to legal retention requirements.
• WhatsApp Business Account connection data, access tokens, and webhook configuration stored by EasiiDesk.
• Message logs and media stored by EasiiDesk for the connected WhatsApp integration, unless we must retain a limited copy for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

Disconnecting Meta / WhatsApp access

If you connected a Meta or WhatsApp Business Account to EasiiDesk:

1. Remove EasiiDesk’s access from your Meta Business settings or by emailing us to disconnect the integration.
2. You may also remove the app from your Facebook / Meta account under Settings > Apps and Websites.
3. After access is removed, send a deletion request so we can erase stored copies on our systems.

Removing the app from Meta stops future data sharing. It does not automatically erase copies already stored by EasiiDesk, so please also email us.

End users of a business that uses EasiiDesk

If you messaged a business on WhatsApp and want that conversation deleted, contact that business directly. EasiiDesk processes WhatsApp messages on behalf of the business customer. We can delete data we store, but the business may still hold its own records.
